My calendar for 2016 explores a subject that is a departure from my usual nature-related photographs. Lately I have been exploring urban-related subjects in addition to the landscape images I am known for. These abstract photos are all of patterns found in the interiors of dumpsters with the exception of the cover which is an exterior. Four of these photographs were recently featured in an group exhibition at the Minnetonka Center for the Arts (The Cover, February, April, and August).
