The photographs contained in this calendar were made on Tuesday August 20, 2013 at the Interstate State Parks of Minnesota and Wisconsin as part of my private Vision Quest workshop with Douglas Beasley. As an artistic challenge I invoked a self-imposed constraint of composing in black & white for the entire day. The workshop rekindled my interest in and desire to make more black and white photographs.
